Parts therapy hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach where the hypnotherapist helps a client communicate
with different "parts" or aspects of their subconscious mind and physical body — each representing a specific belief, a physical pain, an emotion, behavior, or internal conflict.
Curriculum includes:
- Understanding the Parts Within — Learn how and why internal parts form, and how to they affect, emotions, behaviours, decision making.
- Step by stepFacilitation — Master a structured approach to guiding clients through inner conflict resolution and integration
- Applications for Real-Life Issues — Use Parts Therapy to release anxiety, self-sabotage, addictions, weight, trauma, and more.
- Practice, Ethics & Certification — Gain confidence through supervised practice, case study review, ethical boundaries, and a certificate of completion
- Effective Induction & Dialogue Techniques – Explore hypnosis methods that uncover, communicate with, and harmonize conflicting parts.
